Meet Douglas (“Doug”) Shaffer
Hi, I'm Doug Shaffer, I'm your current Clarke County Supervisor for the Berryville Magisterial District. I want to be your representative to the County, and I am asking for your vote.
I'm not your typical politician. I'm not running for glamor and glitz. I'm running to keep what is good about Berryville and Clarke County, and to improve where it is needed.
I’ve lived my whole life in Berryville, changing houses a couple times all within a hundred yards of where I grew up on Rockcroft Drive. For sixty-four years, I’ve watched this community grow and change, but its character has remained the same. My goal as a Supervisor is to help be your voice to keep the same charm and conservative community that I’ve loved all my life, and that so many of you want to retain.
Thank you for taking the time to read about me, my platforms, and about how to help support my candidacy. My wife (Julie) and I would love to hear your opinions. I welcome you to contact me to discuss your concerns and how best I can serve you as your Berryville Magisterial District Supervisor.
